Use of Products:
None of the products available through this website entitle the bearer to concessionary parking or any other disabled motorists privileges. All the products advertised for sale within this website, are to be used in accordance with the laws of the relevant country in which they are to be used. Criterion Packaging Limited accept no responsibility for incorrect use or display of the Blue Parking Card or (If required) Time Clock.
Delivery:
We aim to process all orders within 5 working days of receipt, and despatch any goods in stock within 7 working days. Should an item which you have ordered be out of stock at the time of receipt of your order, we will not despatch any items until all ordered items are available. We aim to achieve this on all products within 28 days of receipt of your order.
Delivery Restrictions:
Prices contained within this website are based on delivery by Post within the UK only. Anyone wishing to order an item from outside the United Kingdom should contact us by email at deliverycharges@bluebadgeholder.com for details on additional delivery charges. Please do not send orders for delivery outside the UK without prior correspondence.
Refund & Replacement:
Criterion Packaging aim to send every product out in perfect condition. However if you should have a problem upon receipt, then please return the product within 14 days of the delivery advice date. It is our policy to send replacement goods on receipt of your returns. Any refunds will only be entered into on written request and we may withhold a part of your payment for postage and processing costs.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing within seven days from the date of delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused condition. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is sooner. However no refund will be granted until all unwanted goods are received by us. Returned goods must be supplied with the original delivery advice that accompanied you order, and should be forwarded to

Payments:
Usage of HSBC Secure-E-Payments system for payments taken on this website are subject to the HSBC terms and conditions. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, but we will not be liable for any losses if an unauthorised third party obtains access to your information. All prices quoted on our Web Site include VAT.
Currency:
All prices quoted within this website are in pounds sterling (GBP). Cost for delivery by post within the United Kingdom is not included and is displayed were applicable. VAT is also included at the UK rate of 17.5%. Payment processing charges are clearly indicated separately on the available order form. All transactions carried out by Criterion Packaging Limited will be processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Privacy:
Orders are taken online, by telephone or post, and information given within those orders may be used by Criterion Packaging Limited, but not third parties to notify you of products or services which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive these communications then please notify us at time of order.
